I feel with you. Been there over 3 years and still am in the dark place from time to time.
What helps me the most is writing stories. Never did before but since 2 years when I am there and now even when I not in the dark place I write stories. Helps me a lot.

Not stories necessarily but I've recently taken up writing too.
Kinda like venting, but on paper. It really is a great way to clear your head and (sort of) calm the mental storms.
