I'm inspired a lot by Anne Rice, but they shouldn't just be sexy. I write vampires with mental illnesses. Or I try to, anyway. They all have trauma and unaddressed things and it's more realistic. As much as I like Lestat, you can't just be sexy alone.

Sounds amazing I've read most or all of Anne Rice although some time ago and you are right... I might revisit them once I've finished my current book.
