Perfectioning the art of multi tasking as I drink tea, whilst working from home during a workout with FCN on the side.
OK... in reality I'm procrastinating work, my tea is cold, I'm not really motivated for any workout with temperatures rising and my FCN game is just as weak as usual
Eating a fruit salad, and having a coffee in the garden, enjoying the rare morning sunshine in the north of England!

Nope...or it would have had my full attention, people just want to have meetings about meetings at stage, my attendance was only required to make sure things ran smoothly, I am the peacekeeper sometimes lol
