Needle. Have to open up the whole enough so it can come out, then poke it and wiggle it out

Check for more, because glass is hard for the body to dissolve and you'd feel pokes for quite a bit of you don't get it out

Body won't dissolve glass. If you can't get any splinter out just from under the top layer of skin, it'll come out over time as you shed skin.

I just can't imagine waiting that long with it in my sole.
