A nature walk, nature is my best recharger, I've found. Combining movement with focus on the world around me, listening to upbeat pop music softly, just so I hear the sound of my footsteps, the birds, the wind. Mindfulness helps centre me, keep me present in the moment, stop overthinking for a little while.
