Yes. Love risotto. I make it like my Nonna used to...as a leftover meal. I'll make stewed chicken (with garlic, onions, olive oil, mushrooms), and polenta, then use the leftover juice and mushrooms as a base for risotto the next day. I'll usually add more mushrooms and spinach as well. She used to serve it with a pinch of nutmeg and tonnes of parma of course. Hope you enjoy yours tonight!
Finished two pages of my brochure. Mood hasn't improved greatly, but at least I made progress. Just relaxing for a bit now, winding down before a shower and bed.
