sitting comfortably in just a blanket (very soft from adairs) at my desk with my back to the window and the soft remaining city sounds, a half drunk now cold hot chocolate to my right and a small little desk mirror to catch the apartment over the ways who has no chill with his lights on and binoculars out!
For some people that's hard to understand, the idea you can't simply just snap your fingers and get better. I hope your friend can find a way to empathise and understand..
