Curled up in bed after a shower. My mind needs to stop so I can let go of everything that happened today and go to sleep. If only I knew where they installed my off-switch.

your mind controls your off-switch. As hard as we all have tried to stop our mind it will only switch off when all feelings have been explored and poured over.
