Curled up in bed, trying to keep it together and fall asleep.

Enjoying a Sunday afternoon
Feeling regret, sadness, heartache, trying to wash it all away in the bath and failing.
Heading to a zoo. Pushed myself out the door. Nature, animals, something new. Putting into practice all the things I've learned help me feel better. At the very least I'll be too busy to cry.
Worried for a stranger. Contemplating how concern can sound patronizing, especially from strangers. Hoping that the capering of small primates, the luxurious laziness of large cats, and the silly squabbling of colorful birds help at least a little bit.
Getting home from an amazing concert, getting some food
