Making myself a cup of soup. Hoping I can eat it without feeling unwell again.
Forcing myself to go outside, still not able to eat, so just skipping food all together now. Need the mental boost of some sunshine now it's finally a nice day.

Escaped the office for a bite to eat, just watching people going about their business
Hoping that 96 hours in, I may finally be able to eat something again without being unwell. So far so good.
