Just home from work now bored
Being stuck in my head again since therapy this afternoon. Endless spiral it seems. Ugh.

I've woken up with numb limbs all over the place. Trying to wake them up
Coffee after a cold misty dog walk. Bracing myself for the walk to work
Wondering why people feel the need to post internet photos as their own.
In work, trying to manage the guys, even though the contractor we are working for couldn't manage to run a bath, let alone a demolition/construction site
Laying in bed thinking if I would rather just go to sleep, or stroke one out and *then* sleep. Decisions, decisions.
