I’ve seen this recipe and have wanted to try it. But I’m making a peach cobbler as a second option for people who don’t want to risk a salmonella infection. Need to try that mousse at some point!

It's simpler than you think:
-Just use 100% baking cocoa from grocery store (add chocolate protein powder if you want).
-Half of half.
-Ripe avocado.
-Any sweetener you want.
-Vanilla.
