Sleep is restorative. Chronic lack of sleep literally damages you.
I definitely have a lack of sleep this week
Chronic sleep deprivation causes elevated blood pressure, hormones out of whack, exacerbates psychological disorders, blunts muscle recovery, blunts cognitive performance, etc, etc, etc...
