Have you tried a tulip glass for such a fancy one? Tumblers just give too much room to the aromas, causing them sometimes to be swallowed away (in my opinion). Plus it costs nothing compared to the price of a bottle like that

No, I don't get into snobbery theatrics of alcohol consumption and prefer for ethanol fumes to escape quicker. And in the case of old booze like this, some breathing room likely benefits the taste.
Heavy glasses to prevent spills / tip-over > delicate paper-thin glasses for sarcopeniacs.
