Thankful for ice cream no bullshit it really does hit the spot. Always leaves me satisfied and content.

Today I got the news I never wanted to hear. This weekend I went to Scotland to see my brother Neil in hospital. He spent 15yrs fighting MS but recently contracted pneumonia.

This morning he lost his battle.

I'm thankful I got the chance to say goodbye. And thankful he's no longer in pain. RIP Neil.
