What does a woman see in a man?

Well, what we see runs the entire spectrum but what attracts me is charm, wit, intelligence, sincerity and respect. That interest grows in time as more things in common come to light. I guess I put being a good companion ahead of most things. I don't sleep around and a lot has to happen and a lot of time spent together before anything intimate is on my menu. It may never get to that stage, but should all the stars shine and all the planets align, its a nice bonus for the companion I enjoy spending time with.

If I may... I'm not a woman obviously and I'm not speaking for them, but from what I've been told of what a woman seeks in a man, is loyalty, honesty and understanding. Loyalty let's her know she can trust you, especially when it counts most. Honesty is vital. She needs the truth from you and not some excuse as to why you did what you did. It works best before hand not after the fact. Understanding happens to be a two way street where she knows you will mess up and understands that about you. Also hopes you are as understanding when she too messes up and wont blow things out of proportion. After all those ground rules are established, only then can Love be considered. It sounds really simple until it's put in motion.
 
For me, in part, a good man understands that a woman is who she is and not who he wants her to be.

A good man has his eyes open and sees reality, not a dream. He has his ears open and actually hears what is being said, not what he wants to hear. He opens his mouth to communicate what he really thinks, not what he thinks she wants to hear.

A good man is honest but kind.

The right good man for me has intelligence (I can be a handful), humor, kindness, a healthy naughty side and wants a partner and a teammate, not a prize or something to take care of.

There are so many things that make a man attractive and desirable. But, the most important traits to me are authenticity and confidence. And those are two things that are very hard to find.

Ok, I understand, just was confused at your placement in the middle of the thread. Made me worry you were in a bad spot. :( I can completely understand how you feel, although I'm Manic type depression lol I just run around nuts when I'm down. Fucking exhausting :P Let me know if you need anything! *smooches*
