i had one or two chats with a couple of my favorite online friends that cheered me up and made me laugh during the work day.
Going for a jog and getting spurts of energy to sprint harder and faster than was originally anticipated, when I first started.
Taking a refreshing nap.
Thinking about seeing someone on Monday....she makes me smile
the perfect weather and i made a new friend
