Thoughts What made you happy today?

My friend .. he have some struggles in the last few months but instead of being too proud and stubborn he choose to acknowledge his problem and seek help fast. Few weeks later and he is doing great he is happy and healthy. His smile is lovely to see. It makes me happy and proud. It also makes me realize once again getting proper profesional help does not mean you a weakling no it means you are brave and strong to acknowledge 1. You need help 2. To get that help. So today I am happy for him and so so proud of him.
 
Thinking about my friend I saw last night. We had such an amazing time at the beach with friends earlier this week. She had so much fun and it meant so much, she still hadn't taken her braids out of her hair that I braided on Tuesday morning lol. She finally took them out when she got home and sent me a picture ❤ I'm blessed to have such wonderful friends that appreciate life as much as I do.
