Had St. Patrick's Dinner and do much fun with my Irish girls tonight 
after 6 weeks of fiddling with an integrated circuit on a 1980 Computer processor I FINALLY found the issue keeping the board from booting...a 7404 flip flop ic chip had a shorted output. Fixed me a classic pinball machine today so im smiling.
