I finally had the courage to move from my bed, dragging myself in my bathroom and wash my hair and touch up my roots.
Doing so after a month of being into the blackest pit I've ever been in, I feel like I'm finally starting to get better.

Great time canoeing with a group I've never met, they asked me a good route and they tagged along. Shoulders are killing me but was great fun.
