what would it take for you to remove all store bought processed foods from your diet?

I'm mostly good at purchasing whole foods and cooking from scratch, but obviously not all. I would just need to be more serious, improve my planning, and be more meticulous, but I really don't want to be that way...have enough worries and troubles with perfection, so I'm aiming for 80 to 90% unprocessed.

Nothing. I current don't have foods i snack on.

For them to be my significant other and/or love with me.

What would it take for you to cut out junk like wheat and sugar, also increase protein intake every day, so you're actually completely saturated between main meals?

cut out wheat: either living with someone who is gluten-free or my doctor telling me I ought to.

cut out sugar: having the time to switch my diet around and not be miserable about it. added sugar is a bitch.

increase protein: money. I already eat more protein than I need, and there's no point in having more. it'll just fuck with my macros.

what would it take for you to switch careers, into a different field?

Done it 3 times, 4 if athletics counts. Honestly, don’t have the drive to do it again. Each time it took effort and reeducation that I’m just not willing to put in. The only career I’d switch to now would be something like landscaping. I could seasonally just mow lawns, or put a blade on the front of a truck and move snow. Can you tell I’m feeling a bit on the well-done side? Lol. :)
