New rule:

After someone changes lanes on the highway without signaling, the traffic is heavy and fast, a palm or a fist (depending on severity of the inconvenience to other drivers in the vicinity) would materialize out of thin air at some worst and least expected random time during the day, like when you're eating or drinking, and smack the fucking shit out of you. If you commit the same offense on the street, all four tires would immediately deflate. You'd have to sign this irrevocable agreement every time you buy a car.

I have wanted this to happen every time I have witnessed it on the highways out here.
