I have a problem with the chat not loading. I moved to Texas and ever since I can't go to any rooms. I will log in check the box for over 18 and it will start the prepping chat but I never get past that screen

Try a different ISP / network, then try a different device. It's important to try all available methods to you in order to troubleshoot the problem. After all available options to you are exhausted, only then we could begin looking into your issue. Going dune the wrong path isn't helpful to anyone.

What device, model, version, OS, browser, etc, when exactly did it start happening and coincided with which exact changes, cellular or WiFi, etc, etc... There's no way to troubleshoot the problem without knowing all of that via online interactions.

I have used edge, chrome, ps4 browser, firefox and Samsung phone browser and I have tried 2 wifi and cellular connections

Looks like it's unable to pressurize. Have you tried closing all the bleed valves?
Do you ever see pop-under or pop-up/overkay ads? Did you install any ad or popup blockers? OS updated recently? Privacy settings increase? Disable privacy / incognito mode?
