I am looking for more music for my workouts. I prefer music that is at least 95 bpm. I could do something lower for cool down

This has always been my warm up jam, just build it up till the blood is pumping and I'm ready to step it up

I really enjoy this. It is 135 bpm but it is a steady build. I can see how this can be good for a warm up

It you're lazy like me at compiling playlists there is an app called Fit Radio, has many playlists to choose from from different genres to match different sporting activities, set BPM playlists, warm-up, cool down, yoga, the choices really are endless
