Worried about password leaking

I just received a message for this site saying that my password has been leaked in a data breach and was asked to change the password. Unfortunately I don’t use that email anymore and have deleted the email from the last time something like this had happened. I’m honestly a bit worried since unlike the last situation, where it was a grocery site, this is a site where sexual things are, which is very worrying for me as I’m a trans woman and have these worries far too often... Please help me if possible, I’m very worried about this since I can’t get into my email to confirm an account deletion

To be clear, that message doesn’t suggest your password was leaked from this site. It suggests you’re using a password here, which has been involved in a data breach at some point, on a website.
You’re currently logged in, so my advice is to update your password to something completely different/unique. Perhaps try using a password generator and ensure you aren’t re-using passwords at multiple sites.

Thank you so much for the advice Victoriax! I thankfully managed to get the password changed, as well as my email. I made sure to update all the info, as well as put 2FA. Also, I wanted to apologize if I was misunderstanding that, I tend to get a bit anxious in those situations, but it has definitely gotten better now. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your day/night!
