How long have they been doing it?
Benefits? Adverse effects? Are they supplementing?
well, an initial caveat: he was suffering from some pretty severe gastrointestinal issues, and this was a last resort diet for him, so... ymmv.
he did exclusively meat, bone marrow, and eggs for a little over a year, but he's now introduced a few additional foods back in. yes, he's supplementing with a multivitamin, and he'd see his doctor every few months to see if he had any other deficiencies on top of that. less common check-ins now.
benefits were pretty immediate for him: more energy, significant reduction in pain, less bloating, better appetite. no adverse short-term effects as far as I know. and he's willing to take the risk on long-term health drawbacks for a better quality of life, since there's no clinical research on either the efficacy or the long-term impacts as far as either of us are aware.
thread: sure. it's a cheap ceiling fan, and I'm not going to see anything you draw or write anyway.
would you let me pour you a glass of wine made out of grapes I stomped with my bare feet?
