You'd know the time with either choice. I phone, I guess?

Would you rather live on perfectly prepared steak or fish of 30 days? You can't eat anything else.
 
Wouldn’t. If you have phone, it’ll show incorrect time, as will all clocks around you. If you go without phone, clocks will read correct time, but can’t check your phone all day.

Would you rather lose your sense of taste or smell?
 
Taste. Just because of the survival/safety factor.

Would you rather lose your entire ass or ears and nose (aesthetically)?

That's illogical. I would never for a moment think that phone and emails would have incorrect time.
