No. It would sit around collecting dust, as I care for ice cream only few times per year. I've made ice cream in the past just by freezing the mixture in cubes and using a hardcore blender to blend it, then re-freeze it. Came out decent.

Would you swap your car into a big ass SUV?
 
Already did and wouldnt go back. Because I love it.

Would you accept a job because the benefits are amazing even if you don’t really know the job?
 
No. Need to know the pay, potential advancements, max pay, company's direction, industry growth or contraction rate, skill demand, etc...
