Try to use some pillows to lift your leg on a higher level than the rest of your body is... Also it could to apply ice for 8-12 minutes every 2-3 hours (use a towel or paper so the ice doesn't touch directly your skin).

Thank you @lucky_luke I've been keeping it elevated, but I haven't done ice, thank you. I have to see an orthopedic surgeon, I'm probably going to need an ankle fusion messed it up big time.
