I mean, this is like the third or fourth thread I've read this in now from you and its starting to grate a little. I don't know @Donjuan85 very well (other than his posts in threads etc) but he seems like a fairly good/cool guy, if there is an issue between you guys, then I think (personally - as in my individual opinion) it would be better to keep it in PM rather than washing it in public for everyone to see and endlessly trolling the guy.

Sometimes things don't work out, especially in a setting such as this, you don't want to let it spoil your enjoyment of this place as there are plenty of good, good people here that you could be chatting to. Move on, I'm sure there will be someone else who will want to chat to you - you'll probably feel better for it too (as i'm sure Donjuan will!!). Just put it down to experience.

Anyways sorry for the whine and kind of "trashing" the thread - there is no argument to be had here, just, as I said, it was starting to grate a little, there is enough drama in RL without having to deal with it here to!

I realise in posting this here I am wide open for some grief from the next poster!!! Go easy please...…...​

Btw, on a serious note:
As a general comment, not something aimed at anyone here - I wouldn't vouch for someone purely based on their forum posts. People can and have presented a particular image of themselves on forums, while being something else in pm's or chats. This happens a lot. Nor would I immediately assume that the person venting their upset on the forum is in the wrong.

Just for clarity (and because i'm not a tit - honest), I was in no way vouching for anyone or judging either, I was just getting sick of reading the same thing over again in different threads - and it wasn't positive. I didn't mean to offend anyone or come across all high and mighty - I just put myself in Donjuans shoes and I know how i'd have felt about it being splashed all over here for people to gossip about. Also, I take on board (and agree) with your thoughts on forum image & PM image! I'm off for coffee!!!​

I say this politely: I do not want to know what happened. I am not taking sides.

I was simply making a PSA, not talking about anyone in particular. As someone who's been here 1.5 yrs, sometimes I feel like I owe it to the newbies to forcefeed them my unsolicited advice :)
