Depends on the mushrooms, I despise the white button and crimini mushrooms....but chanterelles, or oyster, or so many others I'd definitely say yum.

I don't dislike escargot...but not worth it in my opinion....pretty much just taste like garlic and butter, I can do that on bread much cheaper. As far as Poffertjes...yum.

Corned beef hash with 2 sunny side up eggs on it. With a bit of tapatio hot sauce.
