Bleh gross

Roasted tomato soup with a ham and mozzarella sandwich on fresh sourdough, made by you.
 
Gross. Pasta dish, made at home, with steak, non-wheat pasta, your grown tomatoes and peppers.
 
Sounds yum, although I only ever had chocolate covered donuts chilled with Boston Cream.

Pinch of sauerkraut, glass of 100% unsweetened cranberry juice, plain greek yogurt with vanilla flavored pea protein powder, glass of buttermilk, tbsp of chia seeds, a banana, as a last meal, meeting your goal macros perfectly after a workout.
