I had a mechanical manipulation to break up scar tissue that was hampering flex in the knee replacement... it worked... today in PT I got 30 extra degrees of flexion....

Now I'm sitting out on my balcony, with a cold drink, snacks, and some gardening books. I'm reading up about tulips right now.
