Can't remove Guest access here and continue Guest permission in chat. There needs to be consistency.

Guests can't post anyway.

They can't post but they can copy or take screenshots for FB etc

Well, trolls have registered as well, so restricting guest access would actually be of no benefit.

Either way, posts by specific users can be googled and binged, as the result of Google and Bing bots.

I hope people are refraining from posting personal information, including, but not limited to e-mails, numbers, pictures which can be reverse-searched elsewhere on the web, names, etc... Edit your privacy settings accordingly.
