Error Error 500 when logging into the chat section

Hiya,

I cannot log into the chat side of FCN and a 500 keeps popping up against a red banner. I'm using opera to do it, but I've turned off my vpn, used different browers (chrome incog., edge, firefox and normal chrome) and cleared internet history on firefox and edge, which all have not worked for me.

Can I get some help with this please?

That usually happens when a user has or had multiple profiles. If old profile was deleted, we need to remove it from chat database.

Probably 30 seconds, once an administrator is in chat.
