Banned, but no privileges to create a thread for it

Hello, so..apparently i've been banned today, i was only chatting, i was not engaging in anything illegal or rule breaking. How do i move forward with this situation? I wasn't using a VPN or anything third party related, so, why the ban and how can i prove my innocence?

My bad, i was in a hurry(not home) and i didn't see all that, thanks for the links, much appreciated, i appealed for the ban.

That was the ONLY thing to see there. The info threads with actual informational titles and all the links in threads. I just don't understand why people skip that.
