I think it's fine to wear band t-shirts of bands you either don't know or haven't listened to. Or wearing them because you like the art. The band still makes money and to be completely honest the art is really awesome. I also think it's fine to buy band merch over just one song. People gatekeeping this is so weird to me.

I've been lucky to not have any musical conversations like this. But I definitely hear it all the time, being a nerd. Also, it's pretty sad people try their hardest to justify their purchase when they don't need to try so hard. If you like something for the art or for aesthetics, I think it's fine to do that.

I like the stage but I don't like it when really good movies are turned into musicals for the movies/tv. It's really frustrating when you go to the movies to see what looks like a good remake or new movie to find out it's been turned into a musical.

Small talk is a necessary life-skill. Sometimes being able to small talk makes you look human and look like you care about other people. Anyone who writes: " I don't do small talk" "I only have deep conversations only" "no small talk" I assume you are incapable of having a normal conversation and that your partner has to do all the work for you. Also you're probably lazy.
