the only person who can heal your trauma is the person who caused that trauma. and until they do, be kind to yourself and let your trauma be a proud part of you. otherwise, you'll always resent things you never had control over
you can't control what people say or think but you can control how you react to it so choose your reaction carefully

I don’t have much good advice, but I did get some that I will pass on… if you need help, get it. Ask for it. There’s no shame in getting the help you need.
Not everything needs an action or reaction. Sometimes just letting it be is the best thing to do for your own sanity.
Love yourself first second and last ... then you will not let people use you as it please them you will have healthy boundaries because you respect yourself too much to be a doormatt to others

Busty's tip of the day: Just pay the $5 for shipping and get tracking. Don't mail small things in letters with stamps. There's no tracking, it can get lost easily, and you will more than likely lose more than the $5 you were trying to be stingy with. It's not worth it. Always have tracking. It will save you in the long-run.
