Crispy Chickpea & Quinoa Vegan Chick’n (Gluten-Free, Soy-Free)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas, mashed
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ¼ cup oat flour (or almond flour)
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions:
1. Mash chickpeas until mostly smooth.
2. Mix in quinoa, flour, nutritional yeast, tahini, lemon juice, and spices.
3. Form into strips, nuggets, or patties.
