Scotch is. Anything "good" is at least $100. Bourbon is cheaper, but getting more expensive cause of T.rump. Obviously Canadian whisky is the cheapest in Canada lol.

There are some good Canadian whiskies for sure. But most of the ones the rest of the world knows are just meh
