Banter What are you really not good at?

Not snacking
If you don't let your body return to baseline glucose levels over 4-5 hrs between meals, you're storing excess fat. Over years, people snacking chronically, combined with lack of muscle, develop insulin resistance, which leads to metallic disorders like diabetes, Alzheimer's, cancers, etc.

If you're looking to make excuses for snacking, snack only on physically busy days.

Switch to snacks which are mostly protein, not carbs, and only on physically busy days. Things will correct themselves over time.

Protein requires more energy (calorie burn) to digest and is more satiating which will cause you to snack less. It'll still raise blood sugar, spike insulin, but you'll be moving into the direction of a healthier you.
