Short version:
Airtel India has blocked freechatnow.com as part of the Indian government's censorship program. If you can't use FCN from Airtel, this is why.
There is nothing we can do to resolve this issue. Complain to Airtel and the government.
Longer version:
In an attempt to mitigate what India's government views as "adverse influence on the Indian youth," Internet Service Providers in India have been ordered to block various adult entertainment websites. India's government also has its crosshairs on illicit activity, immoral societal norms and illegal content. Unfortunately for everyone else who don't partake in illicit activity, that is the only plan government officials think they can deploy in order to curb what is a very tiny portion of the adult entertainment industry.
It's unclear what caused FreeChatNow.com to make the ban list, but FCN actively enforces its TOU (https://www.freechatnow.com/legal/terms-of-use) and removes / reports all illicit activity / content whenever possible. It's quite unfortunate that FCN's TOU wasn't reviewed by the parties involved in making censorship decisions, but FCN works very hard to mitigate the same unwanted activity India's government is attempting to curb.
Government's plan to ban adult websites began in 2015 with little effect, but efforts were revisited in 2018 with an escalated attempt and few years later FreeChatNow.com seems to have made it to the ban list.
If you're one of our users affected by the government's censorship in India, you may be able to use a smaller ISP to connect with us. Unfortunately, we don't have a recommendation. Connecting via ISPs who have censored FCN, will cause your web browser to display connection errors. VPN use at FCN is not supported at this time.
It is our hope that a mistake has been made and FCN would eventually be removed from the censorship list. It's also important to note that FCN isn't a porn site—it's a social website for adults.
