I’ve never tried that form of magnesium, or tryptophan. Worth a shot. I don’t usually have an issue falling asleep. It’s the staying asleep that’s killing me.not at the moment.

Magnesium GLYCINATE, zinc, 5mg melatonin, tryptophan, theanine and calcium (or some cheese or buttermilk if you're scared of calcium supps). This combo normally works for me within 30mins and gets me into deep ass sleep.
3mg citruline malate before going to work and tyrosine with coffee keep me going all day without getting tired.
I try not to take these every single day, to avoid developing some sort of weird dependency.
