Magnesium GLYCINATE, zinc, 5mg melatonin, tryptophan, theanine and calcium (or some cheese or buttermilk if you're scared of calcium supps). This combo normally works for me within 30mins and gets me into deep ass sleep.
3mg citruline malate before going to work and tyrosine with coffee keep me going all day without getting tired.

I try not to take these every single day, to avoid developing some sort of weird dependency.

I’ve never tried that form of magnesium, or tryptophan. Worth a shot. I don’t usually have an issue falling asleep. It’s the staying asleep that’s killing me.

Some things yes. Some things no. If everything was satisfied then we’d lose our pursuit of things that drive us. At least that’s how I think of it. So I have to say I’m never fully satisfied.

Are you maintaining your inner peace by completely isolating yourself from the bullshit in personal life, at work, world happenings, etc or by acknowledging all of those things, but not giving the much, if any thought?
 
I’m taking calcium, zinc, magnesium, D, K2, omega 3-6-9, glucosamine with chondroitin and MSM. Also take collagen every morning with CBD oil. Iron Vegan protein powders after workouts and their rebound recovery mix at nighttime. Other prescription meds. I think that’s it. Probably forgot something.
