Advice and Opinion Ask a Man

What is typically the first thing you look for in a woman? Looks are not everything, obviously, but what is the strongest factor you look for?

Without a doubt I'm going to notice her looks. Especially if I've never seen her before it is the first thing which will catch my eyes.

However, far more important to me is how she treats others. Is she nice and kind, or is she rude and cold? Does she use 'please' and 'thank you', or does she expect others to go out if her way to serve/please her and not give any thanks? I think this gives a lot of insight about a woman (and a man).

What silly thing creeps you out?

Snakes, freaking hate em! I know snakes serve a great purpose, but the slithery way they move around just creeps me out. There are no poisonous snakes were I live, but if I see one I run the other damn way. I would never kill a non-poisionous snake, but I prefer not to see one either.

What else silly freaks me out... Oh, clowns! Totally freak me out! I'm not scared of clowns, but when I see a clown I'm like uhh that is freaky and I don't look again.

What do you think women really want?

I don't think there is a universal thing that each woman wants. I would venture to say most women probably want to be loved, cherished, adored, and desired. They also probably want to feel safe and secure, taken care of. Some women may just want to make sure their family is taken care of and nothing else matters to them.

However, I believe some women really want power. This is no different than men by the way as some men just want power. They want to totally be in control of their lives (which isn't necessarily a bad thing) and other's lives. Some women may want their ego filled.

Some may just want to be on their own and rarely get close to others. Perhaps because of past relationships they have a very hard time trusting anyone.

In summary before I ramble too much, I don't think there is a universal thing of what a women really wants.

What's your favourite way to honour a woman?

Mine is to make proper time for a woman. You can give her gifts, take her out to dinner, have great sex (which is fantastic by the way), but to me giving a woman your time and not just a few minutes here and there. As much time as I possibly can and spend it with her in a variety of ways (making her dinner and talking, just cuddling, watching a movie together, and sure sex).

Thread: Are there any stereotypes about your gender which you are particularly offended by?

It isn't as common now as it used to be, but men traditionally have been thought to be the bread winners. Like what the hell, women are just as capable if not MORE capable of being the bread winner! Again I don't think it is as common today as it used to be, but people who still think that of men bother me.

Another (again not as common as it used to be) is that men know how to fix stuff which are broken. Guess what - this guy right here can't fix anything which is broken! Whatever trait gives one that ability well, I don't have it. I've met plenty of women who are excellent at being able to fix things which are broken.

Okay one more... That men should always make the first move. What's wrong with the woman making the first move? I'm not saying it always has to be that way, but to me there is nothing wrong with a woman making the first move.

Great answers, thank you!

More men who think and act like this would be a credit to the male population and the world! :) Thanks for your answer.

Ello there!
I want an awkwardly elaborate answer to the age-old question that has plagued men since the dawn of time.
Boobs or Butt?
Why? And show me your equations of how you came to the conclusion.
Also, please no weak stuff like "I prefer personality" or whatever :p

Watch this video you have the answer ;)

Hello men folk. Sexually, do you prefer a sweet good girl or a nasty bad bitch in bed and for what reason?

O.K. you don't like the bullshit, neither do I. So, here's my "ask a man", question. Why are men such assholes?o_O:cool:
Have a nice day.:rolleyes::cool:
Way to generalise and make yourself look like MORE of an arsehole than you already are by calling MEN (as in the whole lot of them) arseholes! I can't condone that - yeah, even someone like me knows there's probably just as many arseholes amongst men as exists amongst women.

PS: More directly speaking you need to chrck yourself cause @Calazviel is one of the furthest men from being an arsehole that I have ever met and believe me I've met plenty here and irl! You've got issues girly!
