As a "Tall" man, I prefer taller women. Good angles can be somewhat more enjoyable and healthier for your back.
But, height really has nothing to do with sexiness and therefore mutual attraction...It all starts in the mind.

Accents are a beautiful thing to hear. I'm a sucker for accents. So narrowing it down to the most attractive is really hard for me. I'll go with a few favorites in no particular order: British, Russian, Australian, and southern United States. I love many, many more than just those!
Least attractive, goodness, I'm not sure I have one. I don't really care for the Brooklyn (NYC) accent, but I don't think it is unattractive. Also I'm not much for the German accent. Again it's not unattractive, just doesn't do anything for me.
Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes. This holds true for the height of a partner. She can be short, tall, the same height as me and it matters little to me. There is something cute/adorable about shorter women than me, there is something beautiful about women who are new rmy height or even taller than me. Personally I'm more interested in the person she is than her height.
A chatty woman to make love with,especially when she talks and whispers in my ear as she kisses my neck,and takes control....Reason?...it’s a powerful turn on for me.

For me it means not much now. When I was younger it meant that I always wanted to be the strong one, that I hate to loose in any way. But now I am proud that I am able to be weak sometimes, I don't care if I loose to somebody that is better than me in any game or any other way.
I wasn't there to approach you.
Seriously though it would depend on the place. A hot tub sauna spa place and I would approach you if I got a return flirty smile.
