How about pushups, squats or deadlifts, pull-ups/chinups, hanging leg raises (instead of situos/crunches), walks (including weighted vest walks)?That is an interesting one. I'd say it's an everyday situation so it'll have to be something home gym Or well... portable enough to be done anywhere so bodyweight exercises are the key here. Pushups do some heavy lifting here, crunches for abs and planks for core. Then throw in some chin ups/pull ups and we have one remaining to put the flare. Then maybe something like jumping jacks for mobility.
