split it into two do everything days and two do nothing days. pack everything i need to get done into Fri/Sat so that I can actually relax on Sun/Mon and only do the inflexible, necessary tasks on those days.
read, write, complete Coursera courses, play Set, embroider, crochet, work on my fun in-case-of-societal-collapse pet project, spend time outside if it's warm, and test out new tea blends
