If I Had A Rocket Launcher - Bruce Cockburn

With the large number of posts sadly saying "video not available", I hope I'm not doubling up. His religious views aside, Cockburn made lots of great music.
OMG Live 8!

That was the best concert I've ever been to

So many Canadian artists at the Toronto location*. It wasnt in Toronto but I guess there wasnt a venue big enough in Toronto available.

Paprika Plains - Joni Mitchell

Such an incredible repertoire of songs and music to choose from for this great artist. Like her track "The Jungle Line" (from "The Hissing Of Summer Lawns") it is unique in her catalogue, this one took up an entire side of her double LP release "Don Juan's Reckless Daughter" and is the longest track she recorded.

It's Canada Day! So I just want to post some of my favourite Canadian music. Obviously there's the very well known artists like Celine Dion, Neil Young, and Rush. But there's also some really great artists that just never made a big splash anywhere else in the world, so I'd love to shine a light on them all!

Go ahead and post your favourite Canadian Music!
Great idea for a thread. I'm late to this one and sad to see so many unavailable to your southern neighbors - have international relations sunk that low - lol (elbows up Canada, we need your strength here). So, being old I remember a more optimistic time...
