Chatroom Country location does not match

Ive noticed that some people who I chat with have a different location when you look at their guest info then where they say they are from. I know anyone can lie, but I’ve noticed with certain people it will say they are from the US when you click on their name, but they will say they are from India or somewhere else. Anyone know why? Or are they just lying?

Guest info normally has true information. There are exceptions for when IP# blocks are reassigned, but location of guest users will be true 99% of the time.
